Rule 1


  • We offer an exchange on all merchandise returned within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. Only item that is found faulty can be exchange. No refund allowed once items are sold.

  • *Exchange of faulty part only be done at our warehouse and not door service.

  • You would be asked to provide clear and original photographs of the faulty merchandise focusing on the area of damage prior to sending the merchandise back to us, whereby we will determine if the merchandise is faulty.

  • Any protective casing received with your goods, e.g. bags and boxes should be returned along with your items in a resaleable condition.


Rule 2


All new equipment (excluding accessories products) sold by Gymsportz is covered by a minimum one year parts (excluding consumable parts). In many cases the warranty is greater than this. The warranty on equipment we sell varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It can include a full on site repair facility or a 'back to base' warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor fault, the manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer to fit (This warranty excludes consumable parts and damage caused by accident, or misuse). 


If an item develops a fault, please contact us stating the equipment you have, (product name), order number and a brief description of the fault. Gymsportz will either arrange to send a part for the customer to fit or request the customer the collect from our warehouse via appointment. Gymsportz will then repair or replace the equipment with an equivalent or better model at our expense.


Consumable Parts (Resistance Equipment)

Cables, chains, belts, upholstery, spring load adjustment pins, pulley wheels, pulley wheel bearings and all springs.

All resistance band products, loose weights, fixed barbell and dumbbells are classed as consumable items for the terms of the warranty.


Treadmills - Running bed, Belt bed springs, Motor cowling, Foam grips, Decal transfers & Running Belt

Strength Equipments (e.g. benches, power tower) - Cushions
