Powerlifting chains are primarily used to provide additional weight to your lifts. The main difference is that the weight increases gradually as you lift the bar off the ground. This can be particularly useful in exercises that involve ascending strength curves such as squats, deadlifts, bench & military presses. Designed for progressive strength training, our powerlifting chains are compatible with Olympic bars.
