Our Cast Iron Olympic Tri-Grip Plates (2in) are compatible with all our Olympic bars. It features a tri-grip design for easy handling and loading of plates. The tri-grip design is also useful for tricep presses or Russian twists. The plates are made of cast iron and finished with a hammertone coating. A cast iron core ensures that the plates are strong and last a lifetime, while the hammertone coating prevents rusting. Cast iron plates are thinner as compared to rubber plates, and this allows you to load more plates onto the bar. Sounds awesome? That's because it is.
