Delivery:

We aim to deliver within 7 working days (BASED ON CURRENT SCHEDULE) from the date of your order. We will drop you an SMS to arrange a delivery date with you. Do note that deliveries ca happen on weekdays and weekends (Saturday), so do look out for them! 

 

Missed a delivery attempt from us? 

A re-delivery will be attempted at an additional delivery fee of $15. Hence, please ensure that full address including unit number of the house has been provided correctly to us.

  

Required extra manpower service to carry items via staircase? 

Please note that doorstep delivery only to ground level. Extra labour to carry up via staircase will incurred extra charges and will need to inform us prior to delivery. Service fee will be quoted based on the number of flight of staircase and the difficulty of the task.
