Our standard barbells are made of steel and plated with a layer of chrome. A steel core ensures that the bars are strong, while the chrome plating is an industrial finish to prevent or delay rusting. Come in three different lengths, our barbells are suitable for a wide variety of workouts. A 1.2m bar is suitable for bicep curls and overhead presses, while the 1.5m and 1.8m bars are perfect for bench presses and squats.
