1. What are the payment methods available?
We accept cash payment on delivery and for walk-in purchases.
Credit / Debit Card
0% Interest-Free Installment (DBS CARDS only)
All DBS Visa and Mastercard credit card holders can opt for the 0% interest Installment Payment Plan (6 or 12months) with a minimum order of $500.
No deposit is required. However, please ensure credit balance is sufficient for the total amount of the purchase.
E-invoice / GeBIZ
We offer E-invoice and GeBIZ as modes of payment for government agencies (e.g. ministries, schools etc.).
Step 1: Drop us an email (email@example.com) indicating the list of items which you are interested in
Step 2: We will get back to you with a quotation and for your approval
Step 3: We will deliver the items and follow up with you on the payment

2. Can I do a self-collection
at your showroom?
If you have made an online order and checked out under “Pick up in-store”, please allow 1 – 3 working days for us to prepare the items for you. Once your items are ready for collection, we will contact you via SMS / call to arrange a suitable time to drop by our store. Please refer to “SHOWROOM” for more detail on our location.
3. Do you allow cash & carry at your showroom?
If you have intentions to visit our showroom to check out our range of products and possibly purchase some items, we do allow cash and carry. However, you have to make an appointment with us prior to your visit to avoid disappointment. When arranging for an appointment, please inform us of the items you wish to view and allow 1 -3 working days for us to prepare the items for you.
4. What are your delivery rates?
Our delivery rate per trip is $15.
5. How long does it take for my items to be delivered?
If you have made an online order and checked out under “Doorstep Delivery”, please allow 4 – 7 working days for your items to be delivered to your doorstep. Once your items are ready for dispatch, we will contact you via SMS / call to arrange a suitable date and time for your delivery. Please note that the delivery date and time will be arranged based on our delivery schedule. If you are unable to receive the items on the proposed arrangement, your delivery will be rescheduled to another day.
6. Do your items come with a warranty?
Most of our products come with a warranty, and different products are covered with different warranty periods. Please refer to the “SPECIFICATIONS” tab of the product for its warranty detail.
7. What if the item I am interested in is out of stock?
If the items you are interested in is out of stock, and you wish to be informed of its availability, simply drop us an SMS and we will get back to you. Alternatively, you can join the waitlist under the product page, and we will notify you via email when the new batch of stock arrives.
8. Can I view the items before purchase?
Yes, you can view the items you are interested in at our showroom. Simply make an appointment with us prior to your visit to avoid disappointment. When arranging for an appointment, please inform us of the items you wish to view and allow 1 -3 working days for us to prepare the items for you. 9. Can I get a better price for the items I am interested in?
Rest assured that the prices listed are the most competitive in the market. In fact, we do run frequent sales campaign, and we celebrate milestones and festive periods by offering massive discounts to you. We may also offer additional discounts for bulk purchases.
10. Are there any affiliation programs available?
Yes, we do form collaborations and partnerships with our customers. Some of the benefits we offer include, but not limited to, special rates on our items, strong service support, and social media sharing.
