Pivot Olympic Training bar

A beautifully crafted chromed and knurled bar. It has been rated at a 317kg (700lb) maximum load so you can take your weight training to the maximum! The Pivot Olympic Training Bar is compatible with Olympic weight plates, which are 2-inches (50mm) in diameter. It fits our cast iron and rubber tri-grip plates as well as all of our bumper plates.

Challenge yourself with exercises such as; the bench press, trunk rotation, side bend, high pull, barbell row, biceps curl, triceps extension, reverse fly, deadlift, shrug, squat, lunge and calf raise, to target all of the major muscle groups in the body.
