For courier service or free doorstep delivery, the point of delivery will only be up to your doorstep, with no stairs prior to that.
If you require items to be carried up stairs of any sort, or require further shifting/ transporting/ removal, advance notice is required due to time constraints. Please note that additional fees will be collected. Service fee imposed will be based on the number of flights and the difficulty of the task.
