Exercise Ball

Training with exercise balls can offer a wide range of benefits; back and spine health, core stability, muscle balance, and improved posture. Made with anti-burst material, our exercise ball deflates gradually when punctured to prevent injuries. 

HOW TO INFLATE AN EXERCISE BALL
1. Remove the ball from the packaging and let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours. This allows the temperature of the ball to normalize and makes it easier to inflate.
2. Using the pump, inflate the ball up to 80% of the way. Once done, insert the white plug that came with the ball and allow the ball to sit for 24 hours.
- At this point, the ball will be very firm.
- If you continue to push more air into it at this point, the ball may end up egg-shaped instead of round.
3. After sitting for 24 hours, continue to pump up the ball to its full diameter. Allow it to sit for another day before using the ball.

HOW TO SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE
A properly sized ball should allow you to sit on it with your hip and knees at 90 degrees.
- 55cm ball for users between 140 - 165cm
