Delivery Queries
Enjoy free doorstep delivery for orders above SGD200.
For orders below SGD200, our delivery rate is SGD10.90 per trip.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days from your order date. We will drop you an SMS to arrange a delivery date with you. Do note that deliveries mostly happen on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays & PHs.
For courier service or free doorstep delivery, the point of delivery will only be up to your doorstep, with no stairs prior to that.
Yes, our staircase delivery fee would depend on the total flights of stairs as well as the overall weight of your purchase. Please refer to the non-comprehensive guide below:

Due to time constraints and the nature of our delivery schedule, we are unable to help shift/reposition your exiting items. Please ensure that there is sufficient space for your new equipment prior to delivery.
Yes, we are able to dispose of your existing equipment at a cost. Please arrange with us prior to delivery.
We will only wait for 10 minutes. After which, a failed delivery advice will be issued. You may contact us for redelivery and a redelivery fee will be charged to you.
Yes, you may select "Pick up" in the checkout page, and you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up (usually 1-3 days). Please check our operating hours prior to your visit.
Yes, we are able to delay the delivery for you. Simple inform us of your preferred delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we allow cash & carry at our showroom. However, do let us know the items you wish to purchase prior to your visit, so that we can prepare them in advance for you.
Ordering
If the items you are interested in is out of stock, and you wish to be informed of its availability, simply drop us an SMS and we will get back to you. Alternatively, you can join the waitlist under the product page, and we will notify you via email when the new batch of stock arrives.
Unfortunately we do not have a physical showroom.

Rest assured that the prices listed are the most competitive in the market. In fact, we do run frequent sales campaign, and we celebrate milestones and festive periods by offering massive discounts to you. We may also offer additional discounts for bulk purchases.

Returns
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for selected Strength & Gym equipment. Your return must reach our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.
The following categories are not eligible for returns and exchanges:
- Accessories
- Cardio machines
- Bulky gym equipment
- Sale / discounted items
- Items that have been used
Yes, we do accept on a case-by-case basis.
- Please make sure that the products/items are unused and if they came in a box, must be unopened and in their original packaging
- All delivery/transportation cost will be borne by you.
If you wish for us to collect the item-to-be returned from you, it can be arranged at a fee.
After your return has been confirmed, you will be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item.
We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.
In situations when the order qualifies for free delivery, $15 - $80 (depending on size and weight) will be deducted from the issued Store Credit.
If the item was found to be damaged/faulty upon delivery, we will arrange for a 1-for-1 replacement. The delivery/transportation cost for the replacement will be borne by us.
Warranty
Most of our products come with a warranty, and different products are covered with different warranty periods. Please refer to the “Product Features” tab of the individual product page for its warranty detail.
We warrant to the original purchaser that each new product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and conditions.
The warranty on product runs for the particular period stated to the original purchaser and not transferable. We reserve the right to inspect damaged parts for misuse.
The following is not covered:
- Damage or equipment failure resulting from or caused by improper assembly/installation, failure to follow instructions and warnings in owner’s manual, accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance
- Used in an inappropriate setting (e.g. commercial setting or rental basis)
- Unauthorized repairs and/or parts
breakdowns due to failure to carry out maintenance
- Failure as a result of rust or corrosion on any covered product or part
- Damage incurred while moving the product to another location
Please retain the order reference number as it is used to track the order information.
Simply reach out to us via email to inform us of the issue you are experiencing. In most cases, you are required to send us a video and/or image to describe the issue. There will be no on-site troubleshooting.
Once we have identified the most probable cause, we will arrange an on-site visit to rectify the issue.
Even after the warranty expires, we are able to provide repairs/part-replacements at a cost.
