The Powertec Workbench Pec Fly Accessory can be used on the Powertec Workbench gym equipment. For example, dock it into your Multi Press and you have a stand alone pec deck machine in your gym!
The Pec Fly Attachment is a great alternative to Dumbbell Flys. On the pec fly machine, you have high resistance at the top of the range of motion. When doing flys with dumbbells the resistance is greatest at the bottom of the movent. But as you get to the top of the range the dumbbells are lot lighter.
