Each handle is reinforced with recycled PP webbing, ensuring strength with a sustainable edge. Complete with a recycled polyester carry bag, the set packs away neatly—perfect for slipping into your gym bag or suitcase. The adidas Resistance Tube Set includes five resistance levels (5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 kg / 11, 22, 33, 44, and 55 lbs) with dual-metric markings for convenience. Each tube measures 122cm while the foam handles are 12cm in length with a 27mm handle diameter. Each ankle strap is 24cm in length with a width of 10cm.
