Very comfortable, good for knee support

Surprisingly provides very good support for 15mm. I thought I needed at least 20mm thickness. I use it for prayers actually. I wish I could customise the length and width to suit my prayer corner.

Love the fact that it had grooves. I cant say non slippery cos it was abit, when doing mountain climbers. But i love the quality. Came with bag and carry strap. Worth the $..only downside was the expensive delivery charge.
