All Align-Pilates springs are Made from finest Korean Music Wire and are nickel coated These 47cm springs are for use on the Pilates reformers as well as on both the half and full Pilates Cadillac. Three strengths available; Extra Light, Medium & Strong.

● Yellow: Extra Light
● Red: Medium
● Green: Strong
