Chin-ups are an excellent way to improve upper body strength by engaging your back, arm, and shoulder muscles. The 742WB chin-up bar is designed to enhance grip strength and allows for a variety of grips, including neutral, wide, and narrow. Constructed from industrial-grade steel and finished with a powder coating, the 742WB chin-up bar weighs 13.5kg and can support a maximum load of 200kg.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
742WB bar must be mounted onto a solid wall. Anchor bolts with a 14mm diameter are included with the product, but installation is not provided. If you need recommendations for contractors to assist with installation, please drop us an email.

Excellent pull up bar

This was my second purchase of the above pull up bar. It is an excellent pull up bar. It allows you to do narrow grip, standard grip and wide grip pull ups.. It is inexpensive too.
