Description

The APEX Dip Station connects directly to your APEX Adjustable Bench, providing a stable and space-saving solution for upper-body and core training without the need for a standalone dip station. Its V-shaped design offers adjustable grip positions for greater comfort, while the knurled handles provide a secure grip and convenient adjustments between exercises. A dip stand/platform is slotted into the bottom port of the APEX Adjustable Bench to provide a step up height before engaging dips/knee raise exercise. Designed for versatility, the attachment supports both dips and leg raises, targeting the chest, triceps, shoulders and abdominal muscles, with the option to add weight around your waist for progressive overload. Finished with a durable powder coating and built with heavy-duty, commercial-grade components, the APEX Dip Station is engineered for demanding training sessions and is rated to support up to 181kg(400lb) in dip mode.
