Description

The APEX Nordic Back Extension Machine V3 (NBE V3) is a versatile 4-in-1 training station designed for Nordic curls, back extensions, reverse hypers, hip thrusts and split squats. Its highly adjustable design allows users to customise the training position across 12 pad adjustments and angle settings of 0°, 10°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40° and 45°, providing greater flexibility for different exercises and training preferences.

Built for durability and comfort, the APEX NBE V3 features commercial-grade padding with high-grip vinyl, upgraded foam rollers and commercial-grade adjustment knobs. Rubber grab handles provide a secure grip, while the dedicated adjustment handle and adjustment indicator make positioning easier. A diamond-plate foot plate provides a stable surface during training, complemented by high-traction rubber feet for added stability.

The machine also includes band pegs for resistance-band exercises, a knurled front handle, premium large bearing wheels for smooth movement, and durable APEX metal end caps. When not in use, the machine can be placed into vertical storage mode, significantly reducing the floor space required.
