Description

The Bodycraft Sports Stick is a portable and versatile fitness tool designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and muscle recovery. It features high-density rubber comfort grips for ease of use and precision-sealed ball-bearing motion for smooth operation. The chrome-plated D-ring swivel and machined aluminum trim end cap add to its durability and functionality. With a 37cm length and 3cm thickness, this stick is ideal for self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques to alleviate muscle tightness and soreness.
