Description

The Multi-Grip Curl Bar is made from high-quality, long-lasting hard chrome. It features standard knurling, enough to provide subtle grip assistance but not too much to tear up your hands.

Weighing 3.17kg (7lb) , the bar is lightweight and easy to store, move, or attach wherever you need it. While the bar is commonly used for bicep curls, it’s also incredibly versatile, depending on how you attach it to the cables and use it. You can also use it for tricep pushdowns, rows, and other arm, shoulder, and back movements. The bar is 25mm in diameter and about 71.1cm (28in) long. It does not come with a carabiner.
