Description

The Standard EZ Curl Bar is an essential piece of strength training equipment in any home gym. It is designed specifically for bicep curls as it provides a comfortable angled grip that protects the user from over-twisting or straining the wrists and forearms, With a proper grip, you would be able to isolate the right muscle group and pump those biceps as well! The Standard EZ Curl Bar is compatible with our standard weight plates. This bar also features a collar with a dual-locking mechanism to ensure maximum security during your workout. With this new feature, you would be able to carry out high repetitions without worrying about the plates falling off.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
● Please ensure that the hole diameter of your existing weight plates is slightly greater than 25mm.
● Returns/refunds will not be entertained if your existing weight plates are not compatible with our bar.
