The Force USA MyRack Monolift attachment offers a cost-effective alternative to expensive full-scale monolift systems.
The MyRack Monolift helps you achieve your heaviest lifts by removing the need to walk away from/toward the rack with weight on your shoulders. As the lifter un-racks the loaded bar, the Monolift’s hooks automatically move out of the way. Start each lift from a balanced, stable, and controlled position. Minimizes energy waste as well as any unnecessary risk to your joints by removing the asymmetrical dynamic loading that takes place when you are required to take steps under load.
For ultimate safety, combine this with a set of spotters or dual safeties when lifting heavy. We recommend that your MyRack be securely fastened to the floor and/or wall when using this attachment. The Force USA MyRack Monolift attachment is strong enough to handle a massive amount of weight (1200 kg). It’s also designed to be safe for solo use, but for heavier lifts, it’s always recommended to have spotters available.
