Description

The Durapro Premium Series Gym Mat (25mm) - Black is designed for high-performance fitness spaces, offering a combination of durability, slip resistance, and modern wood-pattern aesthetics. Each 50cm x 50cm center piece has a top layer of recycled rubber (black) and EPDM flecks bonded with PU binder while the bottom layer uses recycled rubber (random mixed color) bonded with PU binders to provide excellent impact absorption and noise reduction with a total thickness of 25mm. Side pieces measure 25cm x 50cm in a gradient rectangular design, tapered from 4mm to 25mm for smooth edging, while corner pieces measure 25cm x 25cm in a quarter-circle design, also tapered from 4mm to 25mm. 

These mats are ideal for home gyms, office gyms, boutique studios, and light commercial facilities. They connect via pre-cut slots and durable Lego-like plastic connectors, ensuring a secure, adhesive-free installation that stays firmly in place and allows for quick reconfiguration or replacement when needed. The Durapro Premium Series Gym Mat meets several important environmental safety standards, fire safety, as well as sound and noise control.

● ASTM F925: Chemical resistance – no surface change when exposed to common cleaning agents like pentachlorophenol.
● EN 717-1: Formaldehyde emission – E1 rated, low levels of indoor air pollutants.
● CDPH 01350: Low VOC – Pass, safe for enclosed training spaces.
● EN 13501-1: Fire rating – Efl, suitable for indoor flooring in low fire-risk areas.
● EN 1177 Head Injury Criterion (HIC): 0.85 metres – providing added safety for functional training zones or free-weight areas.
● Impact Insulation Class (IIC) under ASTM E492/ASTM E989: 60 –  better reduction of impact noise such as footsteps, dropped weights, or equipment movement—transmitted through floors.
● Sound Transmission Class (STC) under ASTM E90/ASTM E413: 52 –  helps reduce airborne sound, such as voices or music, from traveling between rooms or levels.
● ISO 10140-3: (ΔLw) 25 decibels, able to reduce the noise caused by impacts on the floor surface.
