The plates are made of cast iron and coated with premium rubber. A cast iron core ensures that the plates are strong and last a lifetime, while the rubber coating prevents rusting and protects your flooring from accidental drops. The stainless steel ring facilitates easy loading/unloading of the plates and protects the integrity of the plates as well. Sounds awesome? That's because it is!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

● Ring diameter of 26mm (compatible with all our standard 1-inch bars).
● Avoid over-tightening the collars as it may damage the rubber grip of the dumbbell bar.
