Description

Our Cast Iron Olympic Tri-Grip Plates (2in) seamlessly pair with all our Olympic bars, featuring a tri-grip design for easy handling and loading. Ideal for exercises like tricep presses or Russian twists, these plates are crafted from cast iron and coated with a hammertone finish. With a cast iron core, they're built to last a lifetime while the hammertone coating prevents rusting. Compared to rubber plates, cast iron plates are thinner, allowing for greater loading capacity on the bar. It's not just awesome—it's the real deal.
