Description

The Bodycraft HFT Home Functional Trainer is a premium cable-based strength training station designed to bring versatile, gym-quality workouts into your home, studio, or professional training space. Built with a heavy-duty, electrostatically powder-coated steel frame and durable components, it’s engineered for smooth, reliable performance that can handle daily use while resisting wear and corrosion — making it suitable for serious strength, endurance, coordination, and functional training.

At the heart of the machine are two independently adjustable pulleys that can be set at 31 different height positions, allowing you to perform a wide range of cable movements in virtually any plane of motion. Whether you’re doing chest presses, biceps curls, triceps push-downs, or face pulls, the high-quality pulleys offer consistent, smooth resistance that mimics professional gym cable systems. Adding an optional adjustable bench can expand your exercise selection even further.

The trainer features dual 90 kg weight stacks (1:2 ratio) — each with 20 incremental plates — so you can easily change resistance on the fly using magnetic selector pins. Protective weight stack covers enhance safety while maintaining a clean, professional look. A multi-grip pull-up bar is integrated into the frame, letting you perform pull-ups and chin-ups with both wide and neutral grips to target different upper-body muscle groups.

To support a full range of functional movements, the HFT includes a sturdy set of accessories right out of the box: dual single handles, a triceps/ab strap, a straight bar with dual hooks, a gym stick, ankle strap and chin/pull up assist strap — all conveniently stored on built-in hooks. A device holder at the center of the unit gives you a place to follow training apps or video instruction, and an included exercise booklet helps you get started effectively.
