Description

The Force USA Leg Holder & Low Row Footplate Attachment (F-LH-FP) is a dual-function hold-down accessory that securely holds the user’s legs in place during seated row and pulling exercises, delivering greater stability and control. It features bottom facing thigh cushions to suit different lat pull down exercises and is easily adjustable using pin and lock nut that are secured to your rack uprights.

When attached to the bottom of your rack, simply release the pop pin and rotate the top plate facing you to convert the attachment into a solid low-row footplate. This creates a sturdy and rigid foot platform for all low-row exercises. The attachment connects easily to compatible Force USA cable systems using 16 mm slot pins and 25 mm adaptor pins, ensuring seamless integration into your training setup.
