It comes with a 68kg (150lb) base stack that can be upgraded to 91kg (200lb), allowing for consistent resistance without the need to load plates. The system uses a smooth selector pin mechanism for quick and precise weight changes between exercises. It is designed to deliver the same cable performance as the plate-loaded version while improving workout efficiency.
