This belt isn't a one-trick-pony, either. Unlock backward walks and sled pull training, allowing you to challenge a training style ideal for building more robust knees. Designed with comfort in mind, this belt fits securely around your hips with a G-hook mechanism and adjustable cable placement so users can strap in before hooking onto squat machines — reducing that awkward moment when trying to connect the belt to the weight.

Thick foam layers and air mesh provide cushioning throughout your reps. Quilt-through construction increases flexibility while maintaining soft, padded comfort, and the webbing straps are positioned to avoid digging into your body and it supports heavy lifts up to 800lbs.
