Description

The Pivot Fitness Micro Fractional Steel Plates are ideal when you are training with small increase in weight. These small increases in weights can be just that little bit extra to break your personal record and take your strength training to a higher level. These Fractional Steel Plates are powder coated made and offer a minimum weight deviation of 0.25 kg per increment. They are suitable for all Olympic weight bars (50mm).

Fractional Plates may be confused as Change Plates but in summary, Fractional Plates offer consistent size and smaller weight increments (0.25kg to 1 kg) which is ideal for precise training, while Change Plates come in various sizes and offer a broader range of weight increments (0.5kg to 5kg) suitable for both training and competition settings.

    Progress safely

    Was hitting a plateau. Thanks to these plates, i was able to progress safely and hit a new personal best for my lifts.

    The microplates were accurate to 2 decimal places even though they are not calibrated.
