Introducing the Powertec Olympic Bench, the new market standard in fitness equipment. This fully adjustable Flat-Incline-Decline bench is designed to provide the most optimal pressing positions by allowing you to slide the bench forward and back. The Olympic Bench also features our signature attachment adaptor, compatible with a wide selection of attachments to expand your exercise options. Whether for home use or personal training, this is the ultimate and expandable Olympic bench. The bench can slide forward and back, allowing you to find the most comfortable and effective pressing positions. This ensures that users of all sizes can achieve proper form and maximum results. The bench offers nine horizontal positions and nine vertical positions, including decline, flat, and seven incline settings. This wide range of positions allows for a comprehensive workout targeting various muscle groups.

The bench now features our newer J-Hooks, which offer improved functionality and durability compared to previous models shown in videos. These updates enhance the overall performance and safety of the bench. The two-sided bar catches on the upright adjustable bar catches allow users to utilize the back of the rack section for power exercises such as squats. This feature adds versatility, enabling users to perform a wider range of exercises. The front tube adaptor is designed to accept all Powertec attachments, further increasing the bench's versatility and allowing for a more varied and comprehensive workout routine.

The Workbench's new design includes a unique Ball Bearing Driven Carriage that provides additional stability and allows users to adjust the seating area and backrest pads easily.
