Constructed from 75x75mm 11-gauge steel, it boasts a rackable weight capacity of 453.5kg(1000lb). The 2inch hole spacing throughout, complemented by 1inch pinholes, allows for precise adjustments, while laser-cut numbers on each hole make aligning attachments effortless.
This design includes six 15cm weight horns at the top for smaller weights and six 30cm weight horns at body or knee level for larger weights, ensuring organized and efficient storage. The Lowered J-Cups 2.0 feature recessed lining to protect both the bar and the rack and are strategically lowered by 1 inch to fill gaps between the standard 2-inch hole spacing. The Flip-Down Safeties measures 72.9cm and you are able to quickly slide them into the uprights and securely lock them with a clevis quick-release pin. The REP PR-5000 Power Rack with Athena is side-mount functional trainer is a low-profile cable attachment that integrates seamlessly into the side of the power rack. It provides the functionality of a standalone functional trainer machine, allowing you to perform accessory and isolation work without needing additional space. The Athena features a 2:1 cable ratio (100kg load: 50kg resistance) and dual selectorized weight stacks, each weighing 77.1 kg (170 lbs) per side. The weight stacks are composed of hot-rolled steel plates with a 3% tolerance and a magnetic pin for quick and easy weight changes. Additionally, resistance bands can be added to the integrated band pegs on the base and headplate for extra resistance.
This Athena dual-sided setup includes a trolley on each side, allowing for cable work at any height on the upright. These trolleys are lined with special plastic for protection and feature an oversized pop-pin for easy one-handed adjustments, along with a pin for added security during use. The cables are made from high-quality, galvanized wire with a raw steel core, and the pulleys are constructed from strong aluminum.
