Made from high-quality, durable hard chrome, it features shallow knurling on both the handles and the bar, providing various grip options.
Weighing just 5.44 kg (12 lb), the Neutral Grip Lat Bar is lightweight and easy to store, move, or attach wherever needed. Although it excels at neutral grip lat pulldowns, its versatility allows for a wide range of exercises, including rows, arm exercises, and other upper body movements. The Pro Series lat bar has a diameter of 26 mm, with neutral handles at 28 mm. The neutral grips are spaced 73.7 cm (29 in) apart.
