Introducing the Bodycraft XFT, the most comprehensive Strength Training System ever created. Designed and engineered by Bodycraft, the XFT is the latest in strength training technology. The patented XFT fuses Free Weight Barbell Training with a Functional Training Machine all within a compact 155cm X 130cm floor space. The XFT was designed to allow you to safely perform virtually countless exercises all in natural and safe fashion. Whether you’re a performance athlete or just beginning your journey to a happier and healthier lifestyle, the XFT offers you what it takes to meet and exceed your goals.

The XFT Barbell smoothly travels in a full free range both horizontally and vertically via industrial grade linear bearings with 50cm of horizontal travel and 150cm of vertical travel offering you a complete barbell motion. The front facing Dual Swiveling Pulleys provide a 2:1 weight ratio and have effective width of 134cm allowing you to perform 100’s of functional exercises. In addition both pulleys are spring loaded, automatically positioning them as shown, to ensure they are not in the path of the Barbell.

Functional Barbell Training Machine

The patented XFT Barbell replicates free weight barbell training with safety and ease of use, providing a natural range of motion. It features a counter-weighted carriage system, offers 20” of horizontal and 60” of vertical travel, and allows quick exercise transitions.

Adjustable Swiveling Pulleys

Featuring adjustable dual swiveling pulleys on chrome cable columns with 32 height positions, 61" of vertical travel, laser-etched position numbers, and laser-cut position windows, the XFT offers the best functional training available.

Dual Locking Barbell Levers

The XFT Barbell includes 2 locking levers, enabling you to lock the bar at any horizontal position for a Smith machine-style vertical path. This feature is ideal for assisted chin-ups or when trying new exercises for the first time.

2:1 Cable Pulley Ratios

The front-facing Dual Swiveling Pulleys offer a 2:1 weight ratio and a 53” effective width, enabling you to perform hundreds of functional exercises. Both pulleys are spring-loaded, automatically positioning themselves to stay clear of the Barbell's path.

150 LB Weight Stacks

Need more weight? The DOUBLE-UP feature doubles the XFT Barbell's weight capacity. Your 150lb weight stack becomes 300lbs, and the optional 200lb stack becomes 400lbs. This ensures you’ll never outgrow the XFT, providing continuous challenges for your workouts.
