Description

The Spirit SP7533 Back Extension Bench features a fixed 45° angle, an optimal setup for engaging the posterior chain—namely the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back—delivering a targeted and effective workout. 

Its thigh pads are angled inward, aiding proper knee alignment, while lower leg (calf) pads offer ergonomic support to reduce knee pressure and maximize comfort throughout the exercise. Built on a heavy-duty steel frame, this bench supports up to a maximum loading capacity of 200 kg (441 lb), ensuring durability even in demanding, high-use environments.
