Description

The Aerobic Step Board is an exceptional tool for cardio step workouts aimed at burning fat and toning the hip, thigh, and glute muscles. It is sturdy, durable, and functional, featuring a dual-tone design in black and grey. The textured surface ensures maximum grip during workouts, preventing slips and accidents.

This step board includes a main board and four height blocks, with the main board set at 10cm height and each block at 5cm height. Slip-resistant rubber studs on the base of the main board and blocks enhance stability and reduce sliding during exercises. The height can be adjusted by adding or removing the step blocks to customize the workout intensity and difficulty level.
