The high-contrast color LCD display comes with 10 built-in workout programs, while included heart rate chest straps and hand grips provide precise fitness tracking. The treadmill also allows for quick connectivity with smart watches like Apple or Samsung Galaxy Watch, making it simple to sync metrics such as calories burned, speed, distance, pace, and time. To connect, hold your smart Watch near the treadmill’s NFC reader, follow the prompts, and select "Indoor Run" to begin.
