Description

Weightlifting belts are crucial for heavy weightlifting or overhead lifting exercises, as they help reduce stress on the lower back by compressing the abdominal cavity. This compression increases intra-abdominal pressure (IAP), providing more support in front of the spine at the lower back. Wearing a belt also prevents back hyperextension by offering rigid support around the lower torso, which limits back movement and prevents sideward bending and twisting.

Bullz Pro Weightlifting Lever Belt is made from genuine cowhide leather, delivering strong, consistent back support during workout and will require break-in to achieve optimal comfort. It features a durable easy lock-in steel lever design buckle for fast fastening/removal and it is adjustable to fit various sized owners. The specifications of the belt are a width of 10cm, a thickness of 12mm, and it comes in black color.
