    Good exercise bike for people

    Good exercise bike for people of all ages. easy to use, easy to maintain.

    Bought this for my 68yrs old mother to build up her cardio and functional muscle group. So far so good for her.

    Recommend for those who lack the motivation for outdoor exercise. With this you will have no excuse not to exercise.

    Remember quality life starts with healthy mind and body!
