Description
The Force USA Solitude Lat Pulldown / Seated Row is a dual-function machine designed to train both vertical and horizontal pulling movements in one compact unit. It features a 120 kg pin-loaded weight stack with a 1:1 resistance ratio, providing consistent resistance and easy progression for strength development. The smooth weight transition is ideal for both isolated lat pulldowns and powerful seated rows.
Built for durability, the machine uses a heavy-duty 100 × 50 × 3 mm oval steel frame, ensuring stability and commercial-grade strength. The lat pulldown bar features multiple grip options to target different muscle groups, including lats, traps, rhomboids, and biceps. For the seated row, a separate handle attachment offers ergonomic hand positioning and comfort during heavy pulls. Both cable paths operate on sealed bearing pulleys for smooth motion and reduced wear on joints.
A five-position adjustable knee pad keeps the user secure during lat pulldowns and adapts easily for different heights. The seat and thigh pads use high-density foam and industrial-grade upholstery to maintain shape and comfort under load. A magnetic selector pin locks the desired weight securely in place, offering safe and fast weight adjustments.
The machine supports a user weight of up to 180 kg and includes anti-rust aluminium handle ends for lasting use in high-humidity or commercial environments.
