1:1 / 2:1 Cable Pulley Ratios

The C10 features a 2:1 cable pulley ratio on the Smith Machine and Functional Trainer, meaning 100 lb loaded equals 50 lb resistance. On the Lat Pulldown and Low Row stations, switch between 1:1 and 2:1 ratios by adjusting the carabiner connections.
