Beautifully chromed and knurled, our Pivot Olympic training bar is rated at 317kg maximum load. The industrial-grade ball bearings found in the sleeves help facilitate an excellent spin, which is especially useful when performing key lifts such as the snatch or clean-&-jerk. It is also critical that the sleeves spin to avoid injury.
