Constructed from a soft elasticated material blend with reflective detailing for improved low-light visibility, the vest allows you to train harder, build strength, and improve endurance without restricting natural movement. The Adidas 5kg Weight Vest includes adjustable buckles and straps for fitting adjustment. However, the weight load is fixed at 5 kg and does not offer weight-adjustment functionality.
