The Adidas C-1 Indoor Spin Bike is built around a 8kg performance flywheel that delivers a smooth, quiet and road-realistic riding experience. Its fixed flywheel captures your momentum with every rotation, helping to replicate the natural cadence and intensity of outdoor cycling while maintaining minimal noise for home use.

With 12 preset training programmes and 32 levels of electronically controlled resistance, this bike supports a full range of workouts — from explosive sprint sessions to longer endurance rides — allowing you to train effectively towards any fitness goal. Pairing the bike with adidas Console+ opens the door to a connected and immersive training experience. The C-1 is fully compatible with Zwift and Kinomap, enabling you to ride real-world routes, join global cycling communities, challenge friends and analyse your performance from home. Your workout data is displayed clearly through an intuitive rotating LED dial console, allowing you to adjust resistance quickly while monitoring live performance feedback. An integrated, adjustable tablet holder provides the ideal viewing angle for training apps, virtual rides and workout classes.

Designed for comfort and adaptability, the C-1 Sprint Bike features a dual-adjustable padded saddle and multi-grip handlebars to help riders achieve their ideal riding position. Self-levelling pedals with adjustable straps ensure a secure and stable ride, while built-in water bottle holders keep hydration within easy reach.
