Description

The APEX Adjustable Bench is a versatile FID (Flat, Incline, Decline) weight bench designed as the foundation of the APEX Series Ecosystem. It features 10 seat-pad positions from -20° to 30° and 17 back-pad positions from -10° to 85°, providing a wide range of training angles for strength exercises. The enclosed adjustment ladder allows fast and precise adjustments, while built-in wheels and vertical storage make the bench easier to move and store.

Built with an 11-gauge steel frame and fully welded center frame, the APEX Adjustable Bench has a 453.6kg (1,000lbs) weight capacity and a 43.2cm (17") bench height. It features heavy duty foam padding, grippy vinyl upholstery, knurled metal knobs, clear angle indicators and a durable powder-coated finish. The bench can be used on its own for flat, incline and decline training or expanded with compatible APEX attachments, allowing it to become the foundation of a broader modular training system.
