Description

The APEX Barrett Belt Squat is a bench-mounted lower-body training attachment designed to turn the APEX Adjustable Bench into a dedicated belt squat station. It uses the full length of the bench spine to create an extended 167.6cm lever arm, producing smooth, linear movement and a natural squat path. The Barrett supports a range of lower-body exercises including belt squats, standing calf raises, Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), shoulder shrugs, deadlifts and more. Its low-mounted attachment point allows a deep range of motion, while the spring-loaded kickstand helps position the unit for starting and finishing each set.

Designed with space efficiency in mind, the APEX Barrett Belt Squat features a foldable loading bar that allows the unit to be stored vertically with a compact footprint. A spring-loaded kickstand can be engaged to allow rest between exercises and can be easily disengaged when starting a workout. The adjustable handle can be adjusted in both height and angle, allowing users to find a comfortable and suitable training position. A dedicated mounting point at the end of the attachment allows a carabiner to be connected for attaching a squat belt. Squat belt and APEX Adjustable Bench are not included.
