Description

The APEX Landmine Attachment connects to the APEX Adjustable Bench, expanding its training capabilities with a range of barbell exercises, including presses, rows, squats and rotational movements. Its built-in bearings allow smooth barbell rotation for controlled movement, while the tightening knob secures a 50 mm Olympic barbell during exercise. A protective plastic insert helps prevent wear and damage to the barbell sleeve. With its compact design, the Landmine Attachment provides a space-efficient way to expand the exercise options available within the APEX Ecosystem.
