Description
The APEX Leg Trainer Attachment transforms the APEX Adjustable Bench into a compact lower-body training station for leg extensions and lying leg curls. Designed to provide the feel and performance of a commercial machine while maintaining a space-efficient footprint, it connects to the APEX Adjustable Bench in seconds. The Leg Trainer features fully adjustable ankle rollers and pad positions to accommodate different user sizes, while its precision center bearing provides smooth, linear movement throughout the exercise. Its heavy-duty frame and commercial-grade padding provide stability, comfort, and support during training.
Resistance can be provided through weight plates, while the integrated band pegs allow additional progressive resistance throughout the movement. Built-in transport wheels make the attachment easy to reposition and store, while the compact design allows it to expand the capabilities of the APEX Adjustable Bench without requiring a separate standalone leg machine.
