Description

The APEX Nordic Max Attachment is a versatile 4-in-1 training attachment designed for the APEX Adjustable Bench, expanding its functionality for lower-body and upper-body strength training. It combines a fully adjustable Nordic curl station, seated cable row footplate, lat pulldown platform and split squat stand in one space-efficient design. 

Adjustment angles provided by the APEX Adjustable Bench allow users to modify the difficulty of Nordic curls to suit different strength levels and training progressions. The included split knee/seat pads help accommodate individual knee positioning, while the padded ankle rollers provide support during Nordic curls and other exercises. The integrated high-traction footplate offers a stable platform for seated rows and is angled to support a comfortable rowing position. By combining multiple exercise stations into a single attachment, the Nordic Max offers a practical way to expand exercise variety and maximise the versatility of a home gym setup.
