Bodycraft RFT Rack Functional Trainer

Designed for demanding athletes who want to push their limits, the Bodycraft RFT offers a wide range of exercises for a full-body workout. Built with a sturdy and oversized frame made of high-quality steel, the RFT ensures exceptional stability. The adjustable spotters provide great support, allowing you to train independently and surpass your personal boundaries.

When used with an Olympic barbell and weights, the RFT offers numerous exercise options including squats, military press, standing calf raises, and many more. The 6 additional pulleys also expand the exercise possibilities. The RFT comes complete with a chin-up bar, two sets of J-hooks, and safety spotters. The pop-pin system allows for easy adjustments in small increments of 2". Additionally, laser-etched numbers on the uprights aid in accurately placing J-hooks  and setting spotters.
