Description

The Bowflex heart rate armband transmits real-time heart rate data via Bluetooth to a compatible heart rate receiving device or app, aiding in managing your  level and exercise routine. Please note, this product is intended for training and recreational purposes only and should not replace any medical advice.

For optimal use, wear the heart rate armband on the upper portion of your forearm, positioning the heart rate sensor on the inside. Ensure it fits snugly to prevent movement without restricting blood circulation. It features a lightweight design, a comfortable Velcro strap for secure fit, and includes a charging cable. Power is provided by a rechargeable lithium battery.
